THE HOME – PLEXAT-COMFORT 60
The Plexat-Comfort 60 offers no less than 55 m² of floor space and gives an immediate sense of space and freedom thanks to large windows on almost every side of the home, in every room.

The front door opens into a spacious central hall that connects all the rooms of the home. On the right is the bright living room with an open-plan kitchen. Through the double French doors at the rear, you step straight into your spacious garden: inside becomes outside, outside becomes inside. The permit also allows for a storage unit, built elsewhere on the site and included in the sale price, as well as a shared bicycle storage.

The home also features two spacious bedrooms, among other things. The bathroom, including toilet, is accessed from the central hall mentioned above. Would you prefer a spacious walk-in shower or a bathtub? The choice is yours.

THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKEN CARE OF
The permit, groundwork, construction and delivery of the home, and the connections to water, electricity and sewerage are all arranged and included in the purchase price. The rest is up to you.

THE LAND: RENTAL OR GROUND LEASE

Rental/lease (standard): ranging from € 1,295 to € 1,345 per month. A mortgage is not possible with a rental agreement, so you buy the home with your own funds.
Ground lease (if you need a mortgage): ranging from € 1,295 to € 1,345 per month. You pay a one-off fee of € 5,000 to the seller for the notary, deeds and administration, and the home is then offered with buyer’s costs (k.k.). Expect to need at least 40% of your own funds, depending on your income.
Plots: 6 plots are available at this address, 4 of which are suitable for the Plexat-Comfort 60.

Plots 3, 4 and 5 – € 1,295 rent per month
Plot 6 – € 1,345 rent per month

Utilities: The homes will be connected to the public electricity grid by the grid operator. If a connection isn’t possible (in time) due to grid congestion, the homes will be fitted with a sub-meter and connected to the main connection of the existing home at this address. In that case, you pay a monthly advance of € 75 and are required to purchase solar panels and a battery pack (see configurator). Settlement takes place once a year based on the meter readings.
