THE HOME – PLEXAT-COMFORT 60
The Plexat-Comfort 60 offers no less than 55 m² of floor space and immediately gives a sense of space and freedom, thanks to the option of large windows on almost every side of the home, in every room.

The front door opens into a spacious central hall that connects all rooms of the home. To the right is the bright living room with open-plan kitchen. Through the double French doors at the back you step straight into your spacious garden: inside becomes outside, outside becomes inside. The permit also allows for a storage shed, which will be built elsewhere on the site and is included in the sale price.

The home also features two spacious bedrooms. The bathroom, including toilet, is accessed from the central hall. Would you prefer a large walk-in shower or a bathtub? The choice is yours.

THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKEN CARE OF
The permit, groundwork, construction and delivery of the home, and connections to water, electricity and sewerage are arranged and included in the purchase price. You put together the rest yourself.

THE LAND: RENTAL OR GROUND LEASE

Rental/lease (standard): ranging from € 790 to € 890 per month. A mortgage is not possible with a rental agreement, so you buy the home with your own funds.
Ground lease (erfpacht) (if you need a mortgage): ranging from € 790 to € 890 per month. You pay a one-off € 5,000 to the seller for the notary, deeds and administration, and the home is then offered with costs payable by the buyer (k.k.). Expect to need at least 40% of your own funds, depending on your income.
Plots: 10 plots are available at this address, 7 of which are suitable for the Plexat-Comfort 60:

Plots 1 & 10 – € 890 rent
Plots 2, 3, 5, 7 & 9 – € 790 rent

Utilities: the homes are fitted with their own sub-meters for water and electricity. You pay a monthly advance of € 75, settled once a year based on the meter readings.
