Mirrors
Mirrors are always the responsibility of the tenant. If a mirror you are using is the property of the landlord and damage is caused, you must inform the landlord and also replace the mirror.

Cabinets
The tenant must maintain and repair the cabinets that belong to the rented property. These cabinets include wall cabinets, built-in cabinets and freestanding cabinets. If a cabinet door is hanging crooked, you can repair this by adjusting the hinges. If there is damage to the cabinets, you can inform your insurance company, with which you have a home contents insurance, and ask whether they will cover the damage. If this is not the case, it is at your own expense.
