Commonly occurring problems include:

  • Does your TV no longer have a signal but the neighbor’s on the shared cable does? Then possible problems are: the cable of the TV is not properly plugged into the wall socket or the receiver another reason could be that the TV or cable is defective.
  • In addition, an extension cord that is too long can weaken the signal. Therefore, try to use the shortest possible cord.
  • One way to test whether the problem is with your TV is to test the cable on another TV.
  • It may happen that the subscription is not paid or that you have a payment arrears. For this, contact your provider immediately.
