By car, you can easily and quickly reach one of the nearby main roads. Parking is free behind the house, but requires a permit at the front.

Rent price:
The rent of the house is €2250 per month including upholstery and furnishings but excluding the advance payment for gas, water, electricity (€175), internet and TV (€76.28), biweekly cleaning of 4 hours (€140 per month), and municipal taxes.

Rental criteria:
We standardly require that a candidate has a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the basic rent. We would like to receive insight into your personal and financial situation (copy of passport and bank card, three recent pay slips and deposits, and a signed employment contract/employer statement).
