The decision to rent the property to candidates lies entirely with the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice is based on income, screening results, and the tenant’s personal situation. Tenants have the opportunity to explain their personal situation during the screening.
Candidates not selected after screening have the right to further explanation and can, of course, review the screening report.
