The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening successfully, the choice will be based on both income, screening, and the tenant’s personal situation. You as a tenant have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation and, of course, may view the screening report.
