SELECTION PROCEDURE

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

Invitations are sent in the order in which emails are received, and for a viewing round, the rule is: first come, first served.

After the viewing, income and reliability are screened against various (public) registers. The tenant must complete this screening fully and successfully, and finish with 5 stars, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates rests entirely with the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully complete the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening, and the tenant's personal situation. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation and, naturally, they may view the screening report.

If a file has already been accepted, files received in full after this point will not be included in the process.
