The apartment's front door is located on the 3rd floor of the complex.

Upon entering, you step into the apartment's central hallway, which connects all the rooms. If you continue, you will immediately enter the spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living room is wonderfully bright and provides access to the balcony at the front of the building. With a direct view of the greenery, this is a perfect spot to relax from the first signs of spring.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Rotsvast determines which candidates will be invited based on the order of received emails. Due to the expected high number of responses, not all candidates can be invited. Your email must contain at least the following information:

• Gross annual income of tenant(s)

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Invitations for a viewing will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

After viewing, a screening will be conducted on income and reliability in various (public) registers. The tenant must fully and successfully complete this screening and receive a 5-star rating, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The final decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the property owner. Candidates who do not receive the property after screening have the right to an explanation and may review the screening report.
