Ground floor:
The front door, which gives access to the hall. On the right are the toilet room and the stairs to the first floor. On the left in the hall is the door to the living room and the other door gives access to the separate kitchen. From here you walk to the laundry room and this has access to the spacious garden of 40m2.
The living room of 28 m2 has French doors to the garden. Through the large window at the front you look at the Plenkershoven and from the seating area you have a view of the sunny backyard with the back entrance.
The closed dining kitchen of 15 m2 is equipped with an oven/microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood, dishwasher and electric hob. With 2 large windows it is pleasant to dine here.
First floor:
From the landing there are three bedrooms, namely 7.5, 6 and 17 m2. The bathroom (6m2) and a 2nd toilet can be reached. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower and a sink. The walls are completely tiled in a light color and the large window provides plenty of light.
