Layout:
Entrance hall with stairs and access to the living room and bedroom 1. The living room can still be arranged collectively according to your own wishes.

Extras:

• The building will be renovated at the beginning of 2026 with the following adjustments:
  - The window frames at the front of the building and in the utility room and bathroom will be renewed
  - A new floor with insulation and a neat laminate floor will be laid on the ground floor. The roof and door of the shed will also be renewed.
  - A new kitchen unit with oven, hob and extractor hood will be installed

Contract type:
The room is rented with a rental agreement for an indefinite period. A minimum rental period of 12 months has been agreed. After this period, the agreement continues for an indefinite period.

Rent:
The rent is €695 per month. This includes a prepayment for gas, water, and electricity (a total of €100) and service costs including cleaning of the common areas (a total of €55).
