Layout:
Entrance hall with stairs and access to the living room and bedroom 1. The living room can still be furnished jointly according to your own wishes.

From the living room, you enter the kitchen and the communal garden with a shed. The kitchen is equipped with a new kitchen unit including a new oven with hob and extractor hood. Extras:

• The building will be renovated at the beginning of 2026 with the following adjustments:
  - Window frames at the front of the building and in the utility room and bathroom will be replaced
  - On the ground floor, a new floor with insulation and a neat laminate floor will be installed. The roof and door of the shed will also be renewed.
  - A new kitchen unit with oven, hob, and extractor hood will be installed

This student house is located about 15 minutes by bike from Tilburg University (4.1 km) and about 10 minutes by bike from the center of Tilburg (3.1 km). You can also reach the AH XL and other shops within a few minutes by bike.

Contract type:
The room is rented with an indefinite rental agreement. A minimum rental period of 12 months has been agreed upon. After this period, the agreement will continue indefinitely.

Rent price:
The rent is €695 per month. This includes an advance payment for gas, water, and electricity (total €150) and service costs including cleaning of the common areas (€55 total).
