Contract type:
An indefinite-term rental agreement is offered. A termination clause for the landlord’s own use (or use by relatives) will be included, applicable after the first year. Rental price:
The rent is €1,750 per month, excluding the HOA (VvE) contribution of €50 per month. Utilities (gas, water, electricity), internet, and municipal taxes are to be arranged via separate contracts.

Rental criteria:
As a standard requirement, candidates must have a gross monthly income of at least three times the base monthly rent.
