This completely new chalet (approx. 50 m2) is fully equipped, is fully furnished and upholstered and is insulated at the highest level.

It has a bright spacious living room with smart TV and an open kitchen with appliances including fridge/freezer combination, dishwasser, microwave and oven, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Next to the chalet is a small storage room for garden furniture and a private parking space.

The park itself offers extensive facilities including a swimming pool and a restaurant. For water sports enthusiasts, sloops, sailing boats, canoes, etc. can be rented.

Particularities:

• Available from September 15th 2022 until April 1st 2024 ( longer possible in cosultation)
• Linen packages and clean bedding for rent through the reception
• Launderette :(recently renovated) available incl. dryer (open all year round)
• Property is not available for students
• It is possible to use the house as a postal address
