Check out one of our business cases of a property in Schiedam that was successfully made more sustainable in 2021. Thanks to an investment in improving the energy label, energy label went up from E to B, providing 34 extra rental points. In addition, the property was improved with thermostatic faucets, shower and kitchen (2 points), additional kitchen appliances (4 points) and additional points were created by high-quality kitchen and shower finishes (4 points).
