Rental intermediary / Commercial employee, internal and external service.

Job description:

• Conducting intake interviews with home seekers and reviewing the current housing supply, both by telephone and in person.
• Selecting rental properties and making appointments for viewings in order to support the field service.
• Entering new offers into our automated system, including drawing up associated professional descriptions, providing window presentations, brochures, etc.
• Keeping the website and Pararius Office up-to-date on a daily basis.
• All common activities in our rental department.

• Good command of English, spoken and written, 2nd foreign language an advantage
• Familiar with/experience in working with MS Office, Google G-Suite, Pararius Office and Bloxs
• Preferably HBO education in real estate
• Willingness to further develop in the real estate industry
• In possession of a driving license B
