Main proposals of the amendments to the law

- The Housing Valuation System (WWS) is being expanded to 187 points
- If the value of your property falls below the WWS score of 187 points, it will fall into the regulated (social) rental sector.
- The newly introduced restriction for the WOZ value, which may represent a maximum of 33% of the total number of points, will only come into effect from 187 points.
- The annual rent increase is limited to the collective labor agreement increase plus 0.5%.
- The energy label is given much more weight in the calculation of the WWS, with energy label A++++ amounting to no less than 62 extra points.
