12 Apartments in former Berg ABN Amro office

In the center of Bergen op Zoom, the top 3 floors of the former ABN Amro office on Burgemeester van Hasseltstraat in Bergen op Zoom are currently being converted into an apartment complex with 12 apartments intended for rental.

The apartments

Conversion of the building is now underway. The apartments will be on the first through third floors and will have an area of approximately 75 to 90 square meters. The apartments will be fully furnished, finished to a high standard and equipped with a trendy bathroom and modern kitchen with built-in appliances.

All tenants have access to a private parking space in the enclosed courtyard and a parking space in the bike shed. The apartments also have both a storage room on the first floor and an additional storage room in the hallway near the apartment.
A number of tenants will also have access to an area on the "lounge" roof terrace from which you will have a panoramic view of beautiful historic Bergen op Zoom and its surroundings.

Sustainable living

The necessary investments are also being made in the area of sustainability. The building will be completely re-insulated and equipped with nearly 50 solar panels. In addition, an FSC certificate was obtained especially for the implementation of this project. This demonstrates that only wood obtained from sustainable sources is used.

In connection with these measures, the project has now received a so-called Green Declaration from the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO). With this, the project meets the highest requirements currently applicable to this type of transformation project.
