About this project
De Keizer Amsterdam is a complex consisting of 25 luxury furnished apartments right in the heart of downtown Amsterdam. The apartments are spread over 5 newly built and renovated monumental 18th and 19th century buildings. The apartments are from now on rented and managed by Rotsvast. The special feature of these apartments is that they are fully furnished by Nicemakers, an award winning styling agency known from the Hoxton Hotel on the Herengracht.
The 25 furnished apartments have living areas ranging from 55 to 100 square meters. The diversity of the homes is great. From efficient one bedroom apartments to spacious loft apartments with roof terrace. All homes overlook the bustling Spuistraat. Central living in Amsterdam couldn't be more convenient. De Keizer is the ultimate place to enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer: galleries, theaters, restaurants, clubs, and of course the most extensive shopping.
