About the property:

Located on Zwarteweg in Gouda, you will find this spacious 4-room apartment (2 bedrooms) on the top floor of this building. Through the front door and stairs, you enter the central hall of the house, which connects the living room, kitchen, and the second bedroom. The master bedroom can be accessed via the living room.

The spacious but particularly bright living room (thanks to large windows on two sides of the room) offers you more than enough space to create a spacious seating area. With views towards Zwarteweg, Wethouder Venteweg, and Graaf Florisweg, this is a wonderfully lively location!

You can also access the master bedroom via the living room, which is located at the front/side of the building. A spacious room with more than enough space for a double bed and wardrobe.
