The choice to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully complete the screening, the choice will be based on both income, screening, and the tenant’s personal situation. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who do not get the property after screening have the right to an explanation and can, of course, view the screening report.
