Rent:
The rent of the house is €1900 per month including upholstery and furnishing but excluding the advance payment for gas, water, electricity (€250), internet and TV (€60.40), bi-weekly cleaning (€100), and municipal taxes.

Rental criteria:
We standardly require that a candidate has a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the base rent. We would like to receive insight into your personal and financial situation (copy of passport and bank card, three recent payslips and deposits, and a signed employment contract/employer statement).
