Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Invitations are sent in order of email receipt. For the viewing round: first come, first served.

After the viewing, screening will be carried out on income and reliability in various (public) registers. The tenant must complete this screening fully and successfully with 5 stars, the highest rating in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the house to a candidate lies entirely with the owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening successfully, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the tenant's personal situation. Tenants have the opportunity to explain their personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation. Of course, they can also view the screening report.

PLEASE NOTE: Rotsvast represents the interests of the owner, who is keen to rent from the available date. Once a screening is fully completed, Rotsvast will immediately submit the file to the owner. If a file is already accepted, files fully received thereafter will no longer be considered. It is the responsibility of candidate tenants to submit a complete file as quickly as possible.
