The decision to rent the property to candidates lies entirely with the property owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening successfully, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the personal situation of the tenant. You, as a tenant, have the option to explain your personal situation during the screening.
Candidates who are not assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation and, of course, may view the screening report.
