DETAILS:

• Rental agreement is offered for an indefinite term (minimum of 12 months).
• The apartment is rented fully furnished with the furniture shown in the listing. The additional cost is €170 per month.
• Service charges: €23 per month (for basic services in common areas).
• The apartment includes luxury features such as a bath in the bedroom and a private parking space linked to your unit.
• Tenants must arrange their own utility contracts.
• Minimum income requirement: €6,500 gross per month.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Rotsvast will determine, based on incoming emails, which candidates are first to be considered. Due to the expected high number of responses, not all candidates will be invited. Emails must include the following:

• Tenant name(s)
• Household composition
• Gross annual income of tenant(s)

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

Invitations for viewings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

After viewing, candidates will undergo an income and reliability screening in various (public) registers. Tenants must complete and pass this screening with 5 stars (highest score in our screening tool, Properize). Final approval rests with the landlord. If multiple candidates pass, selection will be based on income, screening results, and personal circumstances. Candidates may clarify their personal situation during the screening.

Applicants not selected may request further explanation and review their screening report.

Important: Rotsvast represents the landlord’s interests, prioritizing timely rental. Once a complete dossier is accepted, subsequent dossiers will no longer be considered. It is the responsibility of applicants to submit their documents as quickly as possible. Rotsvast will not provide updates on the progress of other applicants’ dossiers.
