The Limawonen project offers 52 apartments and 8 penthouses for rent in a former office building in Waddinxveen, which was largely renovated in 2020. During the renovation, the entire building was transformed to meet current quality standards in the housing market, resulting in an energy label A for all units. Special attention was given to the top floor, the flagship of this complex. We are pleased to offer one of these properties for rent indefinitely.

You enter the building through the central entrance with a call panel and a centrally maintained hall. The building has an elevator.

The front door is located on the first floor of the complex, which you can reach by elevator or the central staircase.
