The Limawonen project offers 52 apartments and 8 penthouses in a former office building in Waddinxveen, which was largely renovated and delivered in 2020. This listing concerns a stunning apartment in the B-wing of the complex. A spacious and luxuriously finished unit with a generous balcony on the quiet side of the building. The front door is located on the third floor, accessible via the open gallery and the communal elevator.

The living room with open kitchen is very bright due to the large windows and is neatly finished with a PVC floor and clean walls. Thanks to the large windows, you have a fantastic view over Waddinxveen. The kitchen offers a spacious countertop and ample cupboard space. SELECTION PROCEDURE

After the viewing, a screening will take place based on income and reliability, using various (public) databases. The tenant must fully and successfully pass this screening with a five-star score—the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The final decision to rent out the property lies with the owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening, the final selection will be based on income, screening results, and personal circumstances. Candidates who are not selected after screening are entitled to an explanation and may request to view the screening report.
