Each room has its own sink. There is a shared kitchen of approximately 13m2. There is also a shared bathroom and toilet. The spacious (shared) garden is approximately 24m2. The room has an area of approximately 17.51m2. The rooms are delivered unfurnished; all existing floors, window coverings, etc. can be used but will not be replaced by the landlord.

This cozy, characteristic student building is located in the popular Piushaven area. You can walk directly from the house to the harbor. The city center is also within walking distance. For daily shopping, the AaBe factory site is within walking distance. "De Ringbaan Oost" and "De Ringbaan Zuid" are the main roads to the highway towards Breda, Eindhoven, and Waalwijk, and the surrounding villages are easily accessible!

• Only for students (provable with registration for the current academic year). Maximum 1 student per room.
• You must currently be demonstrably registered/living outside the Municipality of Tilburg.
• No pets and no indoor smoking are allowed.

Contract type:
The rooms are rented with a target group tenancy agreement for students for a fixed term. A maximum rental period of 2 years is agreed upon.

Rent:
The rent is €555 per month including an advance payment for gas, water, and electricity, service costs, cleaning costs for common areas, and use of available facilities.
Excluded are costs for internet, municipal taxes, and other levies.
