At house number 19, several student rooms will be available from 15-01-2026. PLEASE NOTE! These rooms are available for a maximum of 2 years.

Each room has its own washbasin. There is a shared kitchen of approximately 13m2. There is also a shared bathroom and toilet. The spacious (shared) garden is approximately 24m2. The room has an area of approximately 10.56m2. The rooms are delivered unfurnished; all existing floors, window coverings, etc. can be used but will not be replaced by the landlord.

This cozy, characteristic student building is located in the popular Piushaven area. You can walk from the house straight to the harbor. The city center is also within walking distance. For daily groceries, the AaBe Fabrieksterrein is within walking distance. "De Ringbaan Oost" and "De Ringbaan Zuid" are the various exit roads to the highway towards Breda, Eindhoven, and Waalwijk, and the surrounding villages are easily accessible!

Extras:

• Only for students (provable with proof of enrollment for the current academic year). Maximum 1 student per room.
• You currently need to be demonstrably registered/living outside the Municipality of Tilburg.
• Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed.
• Including cleaning costs for common areas and an active caretaker.
• There are solar panels and a heat pump present.

Contract form:
The rooms are rented under a target group rental agreement for students for a fixed term. A maximum rental period of 2 years is agreed upon.

Rent:
The rent amounts to €555 per month including an advance payment for gas, water, and electricity, service costs, cleaning costs for common areas, and use of available facilities.
Excluded are costs for internet, municipal taxes, and other levies.
