This cozy, characteristic student house is located in the popular Piushaven area. The harbor is a short walk from the house. The city center is also within walking distance. For daily shopping, the AaBe Factory site is within walking distance. "Ringbaan Oost" and "Ringbaan Zuid" serve as access roads to the highway towards Breda, Eindhoven, and Waalwijk, and the surrounding villages are easily accessible!

- For students only (provable with proof of registration). Maximum 1 student per room.
- Pets and indoor smoking are not permitted. - Includes cleaning costs for common areas and a dedicated caretaker.

Contract type:
The room is rented with a fixed-term lease. A maximum rental period of 2 months is agreed upon. End date: November 30, 2025.

Rent:

The rent is €575 and includes an advance payment for gas, water, and electricity, cleaning costs for common areas, and use of available amenities.
Internet costs, municipal taxes, and other levies are excluded.
