At house number 15, several student rooms will be available from 15-01-2026. NOTE! These rooms are available for a maximum of 2 years.

Each room has its own sink. There is a shared kitchen of approximately 12m2. There is also a shared bathroom and toilet. The spacious (shared) garden is approximately 43m2. This room has an area of approximately 21.07m2. The rooms are delivered unfurnished; all existing floors, window coverings, etc. can be used but will not be replaced by the landlord.

This cozy, characteristic student building is located in the popular Piushaven area. You can walk from the house directly to the harbor. The city center is also within walking distance. For daily groceries, the AaBe Factory site is within walking distance. "De Ringbaan Oost" and "De Ringbaan Zuid" are the various access roads to the highway towards Breda, Eindhoven, and Waalwijk, and the surrounding villages are easily accessible!

• Only for students (demonstrable with proof of enrollment for the current academic year). Max 1 student per room.
• You must currently be demonstrably registered/living outside the Municipality of Tilburg.
• Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed.
• Including cleaning costs for common areas and an active concierge.
• There are solar panels and a heat pump present.

Contract form:
The rooms are rented with a target group rental agreement for students for a fixed period. A maximum rental period of 2 years will be agreed upon.

Rent price:
The rent is €745 per month, including an advance payment for gas, water, and electricity, service costs, cleaning costs for the common areas, and use of available facilities.
Excluded are the costs for internet, municipal taxes, and other levies.
