The house is located in Mehr, a village within the municipality of Kranenburg, situated in the Lower Rhine region directly on the Dutch border, near Nijmegen. The municipality of Kranenburg had a total of 10,981 inhabitants on December 31, 2020, on an area of 76.92 km².
Thanks to the opening of the European internal borders, Kranenburg has become a popular place to live, especially for Dutch people from the border area.
The University of Nijmegen is about a 30-minute drive by car.

Contract type:
Temporary rental based on a German rental contract. The desired duration is about 12 months, but this is negotiable and can be extended to 24 months.

Rent:
The rent of the house is €1300,- including furnishing but excluding advance payments for oil (€225,-), water (€30,-), electricity (€100,-), internet (€40,-), and municipal taxes. Total rent of €1695,- per month.

Rental criteria:
We generally require candidates to have a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the net rent. We kindly request insight into your personal and financial situation (copy of passport and bank card, three recent payslips and deposits, and a signed employment contract/employer statement) after the viewing.
