SECURITY

TERMINATION
Termination of the lease agreement takes place by termination at the end of a lease term, taking into account a notice period of at least 6 calendar months.

VAT CLAUSE
The amounts stated in this documentation are exclusive of VAT, assuming that the tenant (permanently) meets the criteria that have been or will be set for a taxable lease ex. Article 11, paragraph 1 letter b, sub 5, Turnover Tax Act 1968.

RENT PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Annual based on the Consumer Price Index, series CPI All Households (2015=100) as published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS).

LEASE AGREEMENT
Based on the standard model lease agreement according to the Council for Real Estate (ROZ July 2003) for office space within the meaning of article 7:230a BW, as used by the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents (NVM). The landlord will use standard landlord adjustments.

RESERVATION
This information is provided to you subject to obtaining the final approval and consent of our client.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The tenant must ensure, at his own expense and risk, that the government permit(s) or license(s) required are obtained and continued in order to be able to conduct the business operations intended by the tenant in the rented property.
The tenant is only entitled to affix a name indication to the rented property in consultation with and after written permission from the landlord.
The dimensions stated in this brochure have been calculated with care. The difference between the stated and the actual size does not grant any rights to either party, except in the event of incorrect settlement of the service costs.
