The back room (upstairs room) is accessible via a double passage, with a view of the spacious garden at the rear and side and also the adjacent nature reserve. Kitchen-diner with spacious cooking island with professional stove. French doors to the garden and bluestone sink at the back door. From the kitchen you can reach the utility room with pantry and a storage room with toilet through double doors. rental price will be increased with VAT and an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, TV and internet.
