The chalet is delivered fully furnished. However, the tenant must bring their own bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets) and a TV set.

Pets are not allowed (not even temporarily), and smoking indoors is prohibited.

In accordance with park regulations, renting to groups of migrant workers is not permitted.

Contract Type & Availability: The property is rented exclusively for temporary bridging purposes (recreational use). The exact contract duration and availability will be determined in consultation. The property is, in principle, available immediately.

Rental Price: The basic rental price for this furnished chalet is € 1,524 per month.

Advance payment for gas, electricity, and water: € 175 per month.

We require a standard deposit of 1 month's rent, and the first month's rent must be paid in advance.
