The choice to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the owner of the property. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the decision is based on income, screening results, and the personal situation of the tenant. Candidates who are not offered the property after screening have the right to further explanation and, of course, can review the screening report.
