Rent:
The base rent for the furnished living space is €1,850. In addition, there is a total amount of €550 per month for service costs, energy, internet/TV, salt for the water softener, and waste disposal charges.

This is based on an advance payment. At the end of the rental period, it will be calculated whether this standard amount has been sufficient. Any excess costs will be charged to the tenant. Any overpaid amount will be settled.

The costs for the parking space are €150 per month.
