After the viewing, candidates will be screened based on income and reliability using various (public) registers. Tenants must complete and pass this screening process with the highest rating (5 stars) in our screening tool (Properize). The final decision on whom to rent the property to is at the sole discretion of the owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening, the decision will be based on income, screening results, and the tenant's personal situation. Tenants are welcome to provide further information about their personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not selected after the screening are entitled to an explanation and may review their screening report.
