Who is it for? We are looking for tenants who can prove they need a temporary rental. This could be because:

• Your own home is being renovated
• You need to stay in the region temporarily for work
• You are waiting for your new home to be ready.

Rental price €2,750 (stay 2 to 6 months) €2,600 (stay 6 to 12 months).

Maximum 2 people. No pets.

About the house This spacious four-room house is part of a farmhouse and was built in the former stable. The house has a living area of 160m² and has two bathrooms, which provides extra comfort. The house is excellently isolated and is heated with a heat pump. In addition, there are 23 solar panels, making the house energy efficient.

The tenant must complete this screening in full and successfully, with a score of 5 stars, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the owner of the property. If several candidates pass the screening, the choice will be based on the tenant's income, screening and personal situation. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

If the screening process is completed, Rotsvast will immediately present a file to the owner. If a file has already been accepted, files that are subsequently received in full will no longer be included in the process. Rotsvast will not actively inform tenants about the progress of the ongoing screening process of other prospective tenants.
