Upon entering the living room, the space and light immediately catch your eye. The living room is very spacious with more than enough possibilities to create a seating area, dining area, and possibly a play area for the children. The large patio doors to the backyard provide plenty of natural light.

The modern kitchen at the front of the building is fully equipped, including a 6-burner gas stove, stainless steel extractor hood, oven, combination oven/microwave, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, and more than enough cupboard space. SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Rotsvast determines based on incoming emails which candidates responded first. Due to the estimated large number of responses, not all candidates will be invited. This email must at least contain the following information:

• Gross annual income of tenant(s)

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

After viewing, income and reliability will be screened in various (public) registers. The tenant must fully and successfully complete this screening with 5 stars, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening, and personal tenant situation. You as a tenant will have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not assigned the home after screening have the right to further explanation and, of course, may view the screening report.

NOTE: Rotsvast represents the interests of the owner, who is interested in renting from the available date. Once a screening is fully completed, Rotsvast will immediately present a file to the owner. If a file has already been accepted, files that are fully received afterwards will no longer be included in the process.
