Through this advertisement, we are pleased to offer you this four-room apartment of 113 m² on the 11th floor of the complex.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

- Gross annual income of tenant(s)
Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.
Invitations are sent in order of receipt of the email, and viewing rounds follow a first-come, first-served basis.
After viewing, there will be a screening on income and reliability in various (public) registers. The tenant must fully and successfully complete this screening with a 5-star rating, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to a candidate lies entirely with the owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the personal situation of the tenant. You have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.
Candidates who are not granted the property following screening are entitled to further explanation and may of course view the screening report.

Upon completion of a full screening, Rotsvast will immediately present a dossier to the owner. If a dossier is already approved, dossiers completed afterward will no longer be considered.
