Contract type:

Rent:
The rent of the studio is € 645 per month. This includes an advance payment for gas, electricity, water and service costs. Excluded are the costs for internet, TV and municipal taxes. These must be arranged in your own name.

Rental criteria:
We standardly require a candidate to have a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the basic rent.
