Contract type:
The living space is rented out with a tenancy agreement for an indefinite period. A minimum rental period of 12 months is agreed upon. After this period expires, the agreement continues for an indefinite period.

Availability:
The living space is available from 01-10-2025.

Rent price:
The rent of the property amounts to €1,014.61 including service costs (total €66.86 per month) and the advance payment for gas, water, and electricity (total €62.80 per month) and municipal taxes. There are no extra costs for internet; this service is included, as is TV via Ziggo.

Rental criteria:
