From the living room, you can access the master bedroom, located at the front of the building. This bedroom in turn gives access to the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is separate and can be accessed via the aforementioned hallway.

The second bedroom is located at the rear of the property and is currently set up as an office. Since the apartment is offered without furniture, this room can easily be used as a second bedroom, walk-in closet, or guest room. We leave the furnishing choices to the new tenants.

The closed kitchen has a neat, well-maintained appearance with more than enough cupboard and workspace. The visible appliances in the photos will remain and are part of the rental agreement. SELECTION PROCEDURE:

• Explanation of the household composition
• Gross annual income of the tenant(s)

Emails that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

Invitations for viewings will be sent in the order of emails received, and once full, no further viewings will be scheduled.

After the viewing, income and reliability checks will be conducted through various (public) registers. The tenant must fully and successfully complete this screening with a 5-star rating, which is the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property is entirely up to the owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening successfully, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the tenant's personal situation. Tenants have the opportunity to explain their personal situation during the screening process.

Candidates who are not awarded the property after screening have the right to a further explanation and can view the screening report.
