APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Responses that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Invitations will be sent in order of receipt. For viewings, the rule applies: full = full.

After the viewing, a screening will take place to assess income and reliability via various (public) registers. The tenant must complete this screening fully and successfully, with a five-star score – the highest possible – using our screening tool (Properize). The final decision to rent out the apartment lies entirely with the owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening successfully, the final decision will be based on income, screening results, and personal circumstances. You may explain your personal situation during the screening process.

Candidates who are not selected after screening are entitled to an explanation and may review their screening report.
