Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.
Invitations will be sent in the order of incoming emails, and for a viewing round, it is first come, first served.
After the viewing, a screening will be conducted based on income and reliability using various (public) registers. The tenant must successfully complete this screening, achieving a 5-star rating, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the tenant's personal situation. You will have the opportunity to provide additional information about your personal situation during the screening.
Candidates who are not allocated the property after the screening have the right to further explanation and can, of course, review the screening report.
