Are you looking for a neat living space and would you like to make a difference for others? On the 1st and 2nd floors, we offer a neat independent living space. This home is unique because of its connection with Stichting Parki.

Layout:
You enter through the Studio of Twan Hendriks. You can also park your bike there (or outside at the back of the building).

Via a private staircase in the studio you reach the 1st floor into the living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is simple and has sufficient storage options and is equipped with a built-in refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, hob, and extractor hood. The living room extends to the back and through the terrace door you step onto a spacious roof terrace.

Via the staircase in the hallway you reach the 2nd floor where there is a small bedroom with a separate bathroom. Here you will find a toilet, shower, sink, and washing machine.

Informal Care & Stichting Parki
For this living space, we are looking for a candidate who has an affinity with the objectives of Stichting Parki. The landlord has Parkinson's disease and is the founder of Stichting Parki. He lives in a caregiver's residence behind the building. He is active as an artist in his studio. The tasks that may be requested consist of:

- having a conversation/ drinking coffee together
- taking out the trash bins
- doing garden maintenance together
- doing some shopping

The informal care tasks are ABSOLUTELY not caregiving tasks.

Availability

The apartment is available from March 1, 2026.

Rent

The rent of the apartment amounts to € 1202,- per month. The basic rent is EUR 905 per month and the other costs consist of:

• Advance amount for energy costs (gas, electricity, water) à €240,- in total
• Internet costs and TV
• Municipal taxes

Contract type

The apartment is rented with a lease agreement for an indefinite period. A minimum rental period (>12 months) is agreed upon, after which the agreement continues for an indefinite period.

Rental criteria
