SELECTION PROCEDURE:

  • Gross annual income of tenant(s)

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

Invitations for viewing are based on the order of incoming emails and on a first-come, first-served basis.

After viewing, a screening on income and reliability will be conducted in various (public) registers. The tenant must complete and pass this screening fully and successfully, achieving 5 stars, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely at the owner's discretion. If multiple candidates pass the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening, and the tenant's personal situation. Tenants have the opportunity to explain their personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who do not get the property after screening have the right to request further clarification and can view the screening report.
