At the front of the building are three bedrooms of 12.6m2, 13.3m2, and 11.2m2 respectively. Since the property is intended for a maximum of 2 students, one of the bedrooms can be used as a closet room or study room. One of the rooms already has a large wardrobe which may be used.

The kitchen has an extractor hood, oven, cupboard space, and induction hob. You will need to bring your own refrigerator and/or freezer. The roof terrace of approximately 44m2 can be accessed from both the kitchen and the living room.

The bathroom has a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet room.

There is also an indoor storage space on this floor which can be used as a laundry room. Here you will find the connection for the washing machine and the central heating.

• Pets are not allowed, as well as smoking indoors.

• The property is rented as-is. No repairs will be done first. Tenants may improve or leave it as it was at move-in.

Contract type:
The property is rented with a fixed-term lease. A maximum rental period of 18 months (1.5 years) is agreed upon. A notice period of one calendar month applies in the interim.

Rent:
The rent of the property is €1100 per month (€550 per room). This is excluding gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, and municipal taxes. These must be arranged in your own name.
