SELECTION PROCEDURE:

- Gross annual income of tenant(s)
Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.
Invitations are sent in the order of received emails and for a viewing round: first come, first served.
After the viewing, a screening of income and reliability in various (public) registers will take place. The tenant must fully and successfully complete this screening with 5 stars, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The choice to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the property owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening successfully, the choice will be based on income, screening, and the tenant's personal situation. You as a tenant have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.
Candidates who are not assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation and may of course view the screening report.

If a file has already been accepted, files fully completed thereafter will no longer be considered in the process.
