The house is rented temporarily based on interim rental, for a period of one year. Extension is possible by consultation, each time for one year, up to a total rental period of a maximum of three years.

Ground floor: entrance, hall with separate toilet, living room with door to the garden, and a kitchen equipped with appliances. The garden is approximately 42 m² in size.

First floor: three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, and second toilet.

Particulars

• Available from January 1, 2027.
• Temporary rental based on interim rental: one year, with annual extension possible in consultation, up to a maximum of three years in total.
• Rent: €2,400 per month, excluding gas, water, electricity, and internet.
• Contracts for gas, water, electricity, and internet must be taken out by the tenant in their own name.
• Weekly cleaning assistance for three hours. The costs are €60 per week and are additional to the rent.
• Fully furnished. There is a bed in the master bedroom; the tenant must provide their own mattress.
